  • Higher than expected daily order volumes over and above the fulfillment capacity of our shipping department
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unexpected delivery issues (can’t find address, undeliverable, etc).
  • While infrequent, certain Biome Learning Center products may go out-of-stock, at which point Biome Learning Center will be sure to contact you for direction on how to best move forward with your order. Customers can choose to simply delay shipments until the product is back in stock.
  • Due to Covid-19, some carriers are experiencing longer than expected transit times. Thank you for your patience! We’re all in this together.

The risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to Biome Learning Center’s carrier.

At Biome Learning Center, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Please ensure that all details, including the address, are correct before finalizing your order.

In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Biome Learning Center cannot be held responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages. Unfortunately, orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund.

However, we are committed to helping our customers resolve any issues that may arise. If you realize that you’ve entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery, we will do our best to assist you in rectifying the situation. Unfortunately, once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery on our end. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. 

We only ship within the United States.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fees. If customs fees and duties are assessed, they must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. By placing an order, you agree to pay any customs duties and import taxes that may apply to your purchase.
