Host: Kiran Krishnan –
Microbiologist & Leading Microbiome Educator

Co-Host: Dr. Emeran Mayer
Gastroenterologist, Neuroscientist, Distinguished Research Professor at UCLA, and Bestselling Author of The Mind-Gut Connection

Dr. Emeran Mayer has spent four decades studying that conversation — both as a practicing gastroenterologist and as one of the researchers who helped establish that the microbes in your digestive tract influence mood, cognition, and how you feel day to day.
In this free live session, he’ll take that research and make it practical: what the brain-gut connection actually is, how it shows up as mood, memory, and digestion, and what role your food plays in it.
