I did not come to microbiome work because it was trending. I came to it because I needed it. Years ago, I was the high-performing professional who looked fine on paper but was not sleeping well, not producing steady energy, and not feeling like myself. My labs were “normal.” My schedule was full. My symptoms were real.
When I began studying the microbiome deeply, everything changed. I saw how microbial imbalance influences circadian rhythm, cortisol signaling, neurotransmitter production, mitochondrial output, hormone regulation, inflammation, and resilience. Sleep and energy are not random. They are downstream of what is happening in your gut.
As a Functional Health Consultant and MSC-P, I now help people who are where I once was. If you are exhausted but wired at night, relying on caffeine to function, struggling with hormones, digestion, or inflammation, and wondering why nothing seems to stick, there is a reason.
I do not chase symptoms. I look at patterns. I identify what is disrupting your microbiome and how that disruption is affecting your sleep, energy, mood, and metabolism.
When we support the microbiome strategically, sleep improves. Energy stabilizes. Hormones regulate more predictably. Your body begins to feel steady again.
This is not about quick fixes. It is about restoring the foundation so you can function at your highest level without constantly pushing through.
