Located in the beautiful Bay of Plenty in New Zealand, Karen is a Natural Health Practitioner with well over 20 years of clinical experience and a lifetime of knowledge in the Natural Health industry. Karen believes that good health begins with proper digestion and a healthy gut microbiome. She specialises in all things ‘gut’ and also has years of experience with food intolerances, coeliac disease, SIBO, hormonal health and functional testing. With years of experience practicing Biofeedback and energy medicine, Karen has a good knowledge of how the body and it’s pathways work at the cellular level and how microbes and nutrient status effect our health.
