Naturopathic Nutritionist | London
Tracey Stephenson Nutritional Health is a personalised, science-led nutrition practice based in Chiswick, London UK, supporting clients locally in person and globally online. I specialise in gut health, metabolic balance and healthy ageing, using functional testing and evidence-informed naturopathic principles to uncover root causes rather than simply manage symptoms.
My approach integrates microbiome support, digestive function, blood sugar regulation and nervous system resilience to help clients resolve persistent gut issues such as bloating, altered bowel habits and food sensitivities as well as wider systemic dysfunctions such as cardiovascular disease, anxiety and endocrine imbalances including thyroid dysfunction, perimenopause and insulin resistance. Each programme is tailored to the individual, practical to implement and designed to support long-term, sustainable health.
Food has the power to heal. My role is to help you use it wisely.
