Biome Learning Center does not offer free standard shipping. *Please Note – We do not ship to PO boxes. Depending on the destination, all orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days after being placed but not guaranteed to be delivered in such timeframe. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods and holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be provided with all pertinent tracking information. We aim to fill and ship all orders within 48 hours of being placed. If you require an adjustment or have unique delivery requirements, please contact our customer service directly at support@biomelearningcenter.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that in order to ensure faster delivery, your order may consist of multiple packages delivered on different days.

In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Biome Learning Center cannot be held responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages. Unfortunately, orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund.
However, we are committed to helping our customers resolve any issues that may arise. If you realize that you’ve entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery, we will do our best to assist you in rectifying the situation. Unfortunately, once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery on our end. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
