I am a naturopathic nutritionist specialising in Dynamic Ageing, Brain Fitness, and Microbiome
Optimisation. My work supports individuals—particularly corporate executives and high performers—to
age dynamically and by design rather than passively and by default, using personalised, evidence-informed
nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

With a background as a natural and nutritional chef, I bring a practical, food first-based approach to health,
translating complex science into simple, sustainable food and lifestyle choices which fit into real lives and
demanding schedules.

My practice integrates functional nutrition, microbiome health, metabolic and cognitive resilience, and
nervous system support to enhance longevity, vitality, and mental clarity. I work with clients who want to
remain sharp, energised, and resilient as they move through MidLife&Beyond—optimising healthspan,
lifespan and brainspan.

I believe ageing can be dynamic, intentional, and empowering, and I guide my clients to build long-term
health from the inside out.
